Texture Assets>Opacity>Missing

I went to "Edit Product" on a tattoo I made previously and the Opacity layer was missing, only the slot for the texture, so I tried putting in the Texture and it just changed the color of the tattoo, so I thought maybe it's an issue with the Editing a Product feature, so I went to the Derivable Item and clicked "Derive" and I've come to the same issue, under Texture Assets there is usually two options, one for the Texture and one for the Opacity.

The Texture option is there but the Opacity is missing on this particular item, can someone else try it and see if it's just me, or the product itself?

I've used it before and it worked previously and there are no issues with any Clothing Opacity's, any information someone can share would be grateful, a solution however, would be invaluable.

P.S. If you know of a better product than the one above for me to develop from for those types of Tattoo's feel free to supply a link.

I clicked the 'Derive' link and it showed both the texture and the opacity, Suggestion is to clear your cache and make sure you are running the latest client. You can get it here .

Ah, Thank you, I tried that, and I have the latest version, just got done re installing and it's the same, perhaps I'll go file a ticket.

Edit:

New information, the Opacity Layer pops up for a split second and then disappears...

maybe its just the product

I opened it in the create mode and i also only see the texture box and the opacity box is missing....i think its a glitch in the product its self.
