I MADE A STICKER BUT IT ONLY SHOWS UP WHEN IM IN EDIT MODE WHEN I TRY TO VIEW IT IN PREVIEW MODE I CAN SEE IT AND WHEN PEOPLE TRY TO VIEW MY HOMEPAGE THEY CANT SEE IT EITHER. WHAT AM I DOIN WRONG?

If you just published it and it's past peer review..it can take a few minutes for the severs to update so people can see it.
Also new product's can not be seen by new users for around two weeks

Only people who have an AP-pass are able to see AP items, so if a user without AP views your homepage they won't be able to see your sticker

It can't be because it's AP, your AP and I'm AP and both of us can't find it...
One solution is to take advantage of a glitch in IMVU and use the "My New Products panel". Go to My Account > Privacy & Safety > My New Products panel. The New Products panel always shows products that aren't even in the catalog yet, so you can use that to see it. if it's still not there (maybe because you have submitted too many products in the past 2 weeks), then I have no clue.

you have to drag your sticker out from sticker box and put that sticker every where around your hompage than other user can see your sticker

Do you think maybe its not showing because "Show in product catalog" is unchecked? Its the little red and green dot at the foot of the product page, I do find some people leave on non display mode.
Just make sure the green dot is circled, instead of the red dot.

It could be because your sticker is next to or over a panel which is not visible to everybody, only yourself. You need to place the sticker over a panel which you have visible to everybody.
