Is there a bug about sales cuz i usualy get min 20 sales a day now past 2 weeks i did not get any not even a one..
What is going on?????
My friends say they got some of my stuff but to me never shows.
Is Imvu taking the credits where the credits for my sales go if they are not going into my account?????
DOES ANYONE ELSE HAVE THIS PROBLEM????
IDK if this is right Topic for this tread but i just wanna kow....

I guess many other users are having this problem as well...
I don't so all I can suggest for you is to;
1, Try another browser.
2, Reinstall your browser.
3, Clear all cache and cookies in browser.
4, Clear all cache in the IMVU client.
5, .... file a help ticket.

I have exactly the same problem..I have over 200 sales from the 1st of july until now however in the Tier Info section I am not seeing that...I am seeing the number of sales I had the previous month...so I am guessing, the numbers will show correctly once the month is complete? Its just a guess really.. |

The OP's question has nothing to do with tier numbers and what not, but with the fact they don't seem to be getting any reporst of sales let alone their credits from the sale. Your tier totals don't update, unless it's 'Products Recently Submitted', until the start of next month. So the sales you have had since July 01 will show up in your score area at the beginning of August.
@ the OP...have you checked your pended credits schedule. Remember that all sales are held for 14 days before we receive our payments. If they aren't showing there and you are receiving no sales report emails, file a Creator help ticket at the Help link above and to the right. Give as much detail as you can so CS can find out what is going on.

She should really just check the link, she can see in there which product sold and to who...say by day just by changing date...the Credit Pending portion wont tell her WHICH products sold...only how much credit she is expecting and WHEN it will be delivered.

For some reason I too have issues with mail from IMVU. Yesterday mail was super slow coming in I can see it in my inbox on IMVU but did not get the mails until today. It happens a lot of mail is late and some very late and now I seem to be getting randomly and some is missing. I think I will have to see if others are having the same issues. I am so sick and tired of copy and paste responses from the Helpless Center.

I do believe you have to wait for the beginning of the next month to view the new numbers.

WEll i have been checking tha developers sales reportand nothing show and pending 2 i did not get no sales for almost 3 weeks but i did submit to help but now it seem like sales pick up again cuz i am more online i was mia for 3 weeks so it could be that also iw as not active for that period of time but now i am back to normal yayyyy thanks everyone

Yes u dont have 2 wait end of tha month to see ur sales of a day or pendings they change every day..
