REPONSE: (TRANSLATION Varsha post)

hello.
I derived a product and there was an error sending.
The same did not appear on the site, an error message appeared on the network.
then in a creative field tried to send again.
To my surprise, when I see, had three of the same product.
Both were in error.
It is now standard, but I'm still with the product triplicate.
I look forward to rectify this situation if I finish the products and buy more credits to continue drifting.
I love this game and want to be a creator investing here in IMVU, where I have a good time and good distraction.
What should I do?
How can this be solved?
Will I have my credits back?
Sincerely,

Regarding duplicate submissions and products submitted on Saturday during our downtime that are not working.
Please do not post the PIDs here or file help tickets. We have identified all such products (about 2,000) and are automatically refunding any and all derivation and submission fees associated with them. You will receive a message when the refund has been issued (should be no later than tomorrow). The refund will appear in your Credit Balance Logs as follows:
Example: PID submitted during the downtime : XYZ
Derivation charges paid: 500 credits
Submission charges paid: 300 credits
Your refund will be for 800 credits for this PID.
It will appear in your credit balance log as:
800 credits Refund for PID XYZ
If you have multiple PIDs (as in the case of duplicate submissions) each PID 's refund will appear as a separate line.
I will provide additional information about what will happen to the broken products separately.
Thank you again for your patience. Refunds are on their way! |

UPDATE:
We attempted to issue refunds for the incorrectly submitted products and there was an error in that process causing multiple refunds to be issued. Apologies for the inconvenience. We will be fixing the process, removing the credits issued to you in error.
Thank you. _________________ Varsha - Sr. Manager Community Experience |

Ohh ! ok. I was wondering why I had received 17 refunds.. Although it would be a "nice" way of IMVU to "give back" to the community ! |

Was everyone who had broken products that were a result of the problems when trying to submit on Saturday given a refund? Just wondering since I haven't seen any refund nor any progress on removing the product. Also, I need to ask again - do I need to remove ckn files now or after the broken product is removed? Thanks Varsha. _________________

As per my post above, the refund process ran into some problems so its halted now.
Regarding ckn files, please wait till the products have been removed. _________________ Varsha - Sr. Manager Community Experience |
