Okay so I have a few Outfits I submitted and accidentally hid some out of shop when hiding some of my custom products and now I can't find them. Can anyone tell me how to find the Outfits I was selling so I can unhide them for people to buy again? _________________

Go to the Catalog, click on Outfits, do a search for your name.
They should all come up (at least under the gender you selected). _________________

No, I've tried that and only the one that is still visible in shop is showing. It doesn't show that I have any hidden like a normal product would but I know there are at least 4 that I'm missing. _________________

Ah. Hmm. I have never hidden any of mine, so hadn't come up against this particular problem. I just use that way to look at the total sales. (Wait, my other account I had two hidden as tests, and I still used that method. Weird. Unless they changed it somewhere along the line.)
At any rate, depending on how large your catalog is, this may be more time consuming, but you can find them.
http://www.imvu.com/catalog/developer_report.php?reporttype=productlist
This lists all products in your catalog. Find the name of the outfit, click on the name, it will bring you to the creator report for the product, click on the name of the product at the top of that page, and it should open the product's sale page, where you can click on the dots.
EDIT: Just checked on her. It does seem they changed it. Whether a bug or intentional, don't know. But the product list works. I did notice outfits don't show up in the Creator Dashboard either.
Oh! And if they could add an X to the obnoxious yellow 'Sell' popup so I can actually name my outfit would be great... yeah... _________________

Oh wow I never knew about the list thank you so much luckily my Catalog is only about 300 products so I found them fairly simple. This Helped so much.
As to your issue of being able to name them you actually can and you can change the outfit Icon as well all you have to do is click the Edit Settings and HTML at the bottom of the product page on the brouser. There you will find you can rename the Outfit and add Icons and HTML descriptions. It takes a little extra time and being on the brouser but I find it worth it.Hope this helps.

LOL I found that so many of my older products are not bundlable.... Grrrr.... must go into them and edit them. I wish we had clickable buttons on each product page that act like the hide feature so we can turn the bundlability and/or derivability on and off with one click without having to load the product on imvu to make settings changes. That's time consuming and locks me out of other windows I'm chatting in.

| When you sell an outfit, does the clothes in it disappear from your inventory? |

I hope it is OK to revive this thread?
I gave the outfit bundling feature a try, it is pretty straightforward and simple - maybe a tad too much.
I overlooked one item in the bundle and voilą, now it is locked forever in there.
An Edit feature would be more than useful. |

OMG, lack of edit feature just about did my head in one time. I never ever made an outfit for sale after that I don't think. _________________ Behold The Splendor-Available NOW

YES! I have noticed lately that when I click info and look at the products on the web......the avatar is strangely missing. Here's an example:
http://www.imvu.com/shop/product.php?products_id=15873156
When you try it on theres nothing there. So edit would be super helpful! _________________

They don't include the base avatar because presumably you already own it. Keeps the visual cost down.
Some custom avatars can be included if they are bundleable.
(At least as far as I have seen)
Key is to build the outfit FOR sale and not just put one up you have taken for person use.
Use furniture poses, no pose packs and no custom avatars if you want to keep it affordable. Keep accessories (like VBs to the minimum unless it impacts the outfit directly).
Edit would be nice, but not necessary if you focus on it as a complete product.
I have a couple of 'doubles' of my outfits for this very reason. Personalization on mine and base bones on the ones I sell (created a category just for them). _________________

Try that outfit on. It makes you invisible, which makes me wonder if the avatar is still in the catalog even. _________________
