Try clearing out all the stuff you don't use in your add/remove options in control panel. I have to clear mine out alot because Imvu eats up alot of space when its on hun.

Just refurb your whole comp and you should be alright.

i have 80% free space on my computer i dont keep much stuff on it most of my textures and everything else is on my ext hard drive only main programs i got on my computer and still dont work =(

Some homework questions for you:
What version of windows do you have?
What Kind of Pc processor, dual/ quad core etc?
How Much Memory do you have?
Do you have a separate graphics card if so what?
What antivirus do you use, do you have more than one?
What drive do you install IMVU too?
Do you or have you ever run a registry cleaner/ pc tune up ( btw these are pure snake oil )
What version of Directx do you have?
What graphics mode do you use in the client?
Does it crash when you log out, or is it after you reboot and go to use again?
