Need some help with positioning avatarbox

ok so on google chrome my homepage looks the way its suppose to be, however if you view it on internet explorer or firefox, the avatar picture seems out of place of its box.

Now ive seen some epic div layouts where everything is all positioned nicely on all browsers.

So I was wondering if anyone could help me out with this?

dunno if this will help in anyway, but it should work depending on how you have your layout set up:

no i took it off and put the regular code back.
like before
it was way below my layout XD

I have the pic as absolute positioned but you mean like the image layout as absolute postion?
