Thank you for all the examples that you have sent me. We have identified the problem and will be fixing it soon. It was related to period with no space issue as has been guessed in this thread.

So it was the ever popular Ellipses that were the culprit. Should I file a ticket and have Ellipses disabled? <<<< - anyone taking that seriously really DOES need to turn off their computer for a very, very long time!

So these lovely ellipses that I am so fond of are the reason 90% of my forum mails AREN'T being sent to my customers? I'm sure they wonder why i'm not working on any orders and think i'm simply lazy...wonderful..*sigh*
