Peer Review/ Tiers points

I've just recently, been putting a lot of my time into Developing. (Its quite fun ^_^) Though my goal is to make it to pro, though It seems like its taking for ever to make it to the next creator level, and I seem to be stuck on level 2. I was looking over my Tier reports and noticed that you could get tier points for doing Peer review, Does participating in Peer Review really help with leveling up your creator level?
