WHY is THEFT completely ignored?

I filed over 8 DMCAs on the same thief. Each week it seems he continues to publish items using my and countless other developers textures, skins and opacities. While the items I DMCAed have been removed, why aren't these thieves banned? There is nothing original in that thief's catalog besides the ability to combine textures from various developers into one outfit. Why does IMVU completely chooses to ignore this problem? Obviously somehow he steals textures..isn't this an offense that deserves a ban?????!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

As soon as you file a DMCA IMVU is bound to the DMCA process, see a lawyer take it to the next step and have it delivered to IMVU's doorstep.

Because IMVU allows duplicate produts in the catalog... Even the duplicates that the thieves are pushing out there in to the imvu catalog are making profit for IMVU. Why should they care... their making a buck so turn a blind eye.. Sad but true...

I know legal discussions are not allowed here but hiring a lawyer to do what? Sue someone is a different country or sue the people who don't ban these thieves?

I know it's frustrating but IMVU follows the process on DMCA and then the accused counters so subsequent measures need to be taken.

We cannot discuss punishments of users so there's no way to know what IMVU did in these cases.

Have to lock this now.
