that one is very basic.
it should work for what you are doing , but you may want to read the imvu tutorial too, it has a bit more info than the one on this video.

hey i finally fixed the problem! ^_^
i'll write here what i did for further help:
-I separated nails in left nails and right nails
-I attached left nails to left hand and right nails to right hand
-after attaching nails to hands some hand vertices and nail vertices had to be re-assigned to right bones..so i checked the hands frame by frame and i searched for wrong vertices..now they should be fine and nails work great! yay!!! Thanks everyone and thanks for your precious help!!!!
