i did the realplayer download survey and i didnt get my credits yet so yes this is a complaint, cause i needed the credits to do some editing for the shop and gift some friends so please fix this  |

The partner offers are third party. You have to query the company running the offer.
Go to the offers page, click view earning status
Find the offer in the list and see what it says about the status of the offer.
Click on the missing credits link beside that offer, and read the FAQ that lists things that can interfere with getting the credits (such as your browser settings blocking cookies).
At the bottom of that information is a link to request help from that company.
The surveys page also has a need help link that should do pretty much the same thing.
