Hi and welcome to Shine, a layout and coding shop that provides premium service to you at affordable prices. Many of you may kow me from my previous shop 'Tropic Dreams'. This is just a revamped version of the shop with a different name and layout. So I guess you can call it a brand new shop! My name is Shelly and I will be doing all of your homepage designing and coding. I'm currently working on my own but later on, I may be looking for a partner to collaborate with. I don't bite so don't be afraid to forum pm me or ask any questions!

- Do not make any sort of changes to this layout, it will not be permitted under any circumstances.
- When ordering a custom layout, I accept any type of references -I'm not picky on that. Go wild and pick what you want but please no nudity, offensive language or racist themes.
- Please pay after I have made your request when ordering a custom layout, not before. This is because some people don't like the outcome and demand a refund. To avoid this from happening, please pay after I have showed you your preview.
- If there are any problems with the coding: installing it, for instance. Please don't hesitate to ask for support.
- I take my time on requests so please be patient as the layouts I make require alot of hard work, and aren't done easily.
- Stealing will be reported to the DMCA and the case will be dealt with there.
- Any name changes on layouts you have purchased will be 1,000cr
