Cleared cache & lost some inventory. Help please

Hi. I had to clear my cache two days ago and later noticed a favorite pair of shoes were missing. They're still in use on some saved outfits but can't be found in any individual categories.

There is one category the shoes do show up in and that's the "all" category in the web inventory. I've checked and rechecked several times but cannot find them in any individual category.

A friend told me that recent changes were made at imvu and that clearing my cache probably caused the shoes to be reclassified under the original derivation thingy somehow.

He suggested I search the name of the shoes through both the web and dressing room inventories which I did to no avail.

Does anyone have a suggestion for bringing the shoes back to the shoe category or to at least find the individual category they are now located in?

Well, I think your friend is right, IMVU did some changes about the categorization of the products, and some products get automatically in a lost category, that makes we can not find the items in our inventory (I have a couple of cases), that means the developer must re-submit the product again, in the right category, till I know, we, users of the items, can not do anything to bring them back, only the developer who made the items can.

At least this is what I know... but I hope someone else post if found something else.
