sales not reported today...

I just sold 2 custom items through store links, and the people who purchased them left reviews. The sales are not showing in my pend balance, or transaction history.

Under creator reports its showing sales on both items, but this is very disturbing to me because this is the first time i have noticed this happening. Anyone else seeing the same problems?

no i disabled them, i filed a help ticket, waiting a response

i read in other thread that you're not the only one having this issue.. maybe the staff is implementing new sales report..

not suprising its just a little annoying to receive a response like that which does nothing but read back the problem i wanted addressed. Its as if the person didnt even read the complaint.

One of my meshes had been derived today, and the derivation charge is listed in my pended credits.
I was informed by email that the derived mesh was then bought by the same person twice, but I received no credits for either of the sales.
I checked pended credits and no sale was recorded.
Something very suspicious here

I have the sameproblem since a while but I also can't see sales on the creator reports that should be there.

maybe this is all related to the database maintenance they mentioned which delayed Tier rating this month and maybe did delay sales reports and sales credits to show in credits pend?

This issue is still ongoing and after showing screen shots and everything its still not resolved and they are saying the items were never purchased. The people I made them for reviewed them and are wearing them, so that is hard to believe. Im really sick of the amount of time and effort I put into my business here and IMVU cant help me out in the case that they screw up. This is one of many reasons I no longer make catty products, cancelled my VIP, and I avoid giving IMVU a dime of my money at all costs. I will never pay a dime to imvu again that I dont have to, because of things like this.

Wake up IMVU, your customers and creators are not happy.

i have the same problem since a while too, and it seems like the sales reports do not load correctly aswel, so i am having a really hard time checking how much of a product i have actually sold and for how much of those sales i have gotten the credits. if i insert the dates of the periods i want to see the salesreports for i get most of the time a report with 0 sales, while i know for sure that is not true becouse i have sales allmost every day for the last 3 months. i just recently noticed the problems with the reports when a new dress i had submitted showed 3 sales under the icon in the catalog, but none of those sales got shown in the salesreports Sad

ok this happened again today my item sold and it is not showing up in the pend schedule at all so its been lost from the system entirely,DarkAngel please poke staff, ticket number 10608556

this is unbelievable if it happens this often only with items im checking, just how many sales pass through that I have no way of knowing im losing?
