My sales have been erratic for a while now. (since before Credit Pend even started) I also have had days in the last couple months that showed only 200 credits in sales then the next day maybe over 2000 then down to 700 then back up to my normal for a while then a drop then a jump back up... I have yet to figure out how to get it back to consistent. I used to be selling credits monthly now it sometimes skip a month before I hit the level I like for selling some credits off. _________________ |

So weird, I'd been growing my sales back then, in the last two days, I've only gathered less than 1000 credits worth sales. _________________

Like everything else there are good days and bad days. For some no sales for others massive sales seems like everything is the way it should be in IMVU. I too have my e-mail sales sporadically never on time and sometimes days later it is a pain to keep to track of so I just don't even bother anymore. Now I am just happy to see sales on a daily basis and don't even bother to check as they are so messed up in order I just cannot waste my time on doing all this checking and re-checking. _________________ Bling Me!

My sales are like a yoyo these days - I had an 8k day one day followed by a 200cr day the next - That's the way sales seem to work - there are ups and downs and you hope for enough ups to see you through the downs. _________________ Mo chroí dílis i gCónaí

Just deflates the desire to invest time and effort here when you see that. _________________

Sales have been down but that low seems highly unusual for someone at your level. I would file a help ticket and see if you can get some help. _________________

Many have noticed drops like this and wonder - did my catty disappear a bit, could they be doing maintenance that it wouldn't be accessible for a time? Patterns often indicate something like that as opposed to normal sales decay) I do remember (and worry) that they'd said at one point, less active devs stuff would go to the back of the catty. Had my mom die, now my dad is slipping away, so with all the eldercare I haven't made very much in a long time, hate to think I'd be canned for that. Some days sales are still good, others someone finds me and goes on a mass buying binge (much less of that with the client only shoppers) but all told, many of us dropped with various changes they made (taking away free spin, the everything new today page, the also bought on furniture, etc etc). Maybe when IMVU shifts it's focus back to the catty and user experience here rather than outside advertizing things will improve for everyone. Meanwhile try to stay visible and accessible. Good luck! _________________

With the current climate and so many new products being introduced into the catalog everyday whether you're a top dev or not it makes no difference these days. It's getting eyeballs to your catalog and this is proving more and more tricky.
I have seen some super amazing products just ignored and not because they aren't good enough. It's more like they are invisible as in not being noticed and not invisible as in hidden by the IMVU genie, which is something we must all accept.
Again everyone is trying to get their products noticed the most you can do it carry on because you ENJOY creating and if someone spots your new product then great, if not try to bring it to the attention of as many eyeballs as you possibly can.
And we must also remember CREATOR themselves were the biggest buyers until Pend. Having their income halted for 2 wks was going to affect sales. When Creators begin to feel more relaxed about buying again sales should fall back into place. Again the catalog is being bombarded with so many new products it's not surprising that sales are dropping here and there.
Your only option is to continue adding new products to the already over-flowing catalog. _________________

I noticed my pend skipped a day and I remembered I had sales, but then realized it was promos. _________________

It is deflating yes but this is something that happens in any market be it on the internet or on the high street it's a fact of life sales go up and they go down. Sometimes they are sky high or they can be down in the dumps to none existent it doesn't mean that there is a problem though. _________________

my sales fluctuate but are consistent, and ive been marked and paid for all of my sales, sometimes the emails run slow but by the end of a day there all in and in creater the credits and sales are always tallied on time even if my emails run slow,I use yahoo for my email and it tends to be a few hours behind somtimes but my imvu creater listings are always up to date...there are slow days, somtimes imvu glitches or maintenence will afect online ppl and sales for a day,ppl logg off and dont shop if imvu is glitching to much or a new update has a few bugs, anyway, sales for me have been consistent......Summer.. |

I don't know if it was mentioned yet but, some of the emails get thrown into the spam folder. And if you're like me and just delete it, you think something is wrong. _________________

Does it tell you at the top of the page how many transactions that you should have pending before you specify a time frame?
I have a rare glitch myself that staff has not bothered to fix since pend started since so few of us suffer from it (and it's not about high volume) but if don't specify a time frame, it will tell me how many transactions I have in pend for the 2 weeks. If I specify a time frame, it always tells me I have 0 sales no matter what times or days I put in, but lists shows any reversed transactions that I've had.
My sales were reaaally down from mid January to mid February but seemed to start going up slowly again the last 2 weeks. But then again it's been going down again the last 2 days.
Unfortunately since my reports are so screwed I can't get accurate information on sales for individual days.
All I can do is wait for the day that I receive the credits and look at my customer balance events. BUT, before pend started, that category was showing incorrectly for me, so I'm not sure if it's still incorrect or not. _________________
